What we collect: the address you check, your email (for delivery), the optional name you enter, and basic usage events (pages visited, previews run, purchases) tied to a random cookie ID. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive only the payment status.

What we do with it: produce and deliver your documents, answer you, prevent misuse, and measure how the service performs. We do not sell your information and do not send marketing email.

Retention: download files are deleted after 30 days. Order records are kept for accounting.

Public records: documents may contain addresses from public government records, addressed to “Resident/Occupant” without names.
